Spell Ruler introduced the inaugural inclusion of Ritual Spell Cards, Ritual Monsters, and Quick-Play Spell Cards such as Mystical Space Typhoon. This release was also the premiere of Pegasus' Toon World and Toon monsters, originating from the initial Yu-Gi-Oh! animated series, featuring the cherished Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon! These additions were accompanied by potent Spell Cards like Delinquent Duo, Snatch Steal, and Painful Choice. This edition will incorporate both Secret Rares from the original set.
